Halloween: Take Two

The clouds spread, the temperature rose, and the moon was high to make for a perfect night to trick-or-treat.      

That was until the clouds reappeared and the skies opened up… At least the eyeballs make a nice protective shield from the rain!

While Hurricane Sandy devastated much of the East Coast we got very lucky.  We ended up with an unseasonably warm rain shower.  So Hurricane Sandy, this is what we thought of you!…

We have to get a picture of these pearly whites now, because there are 3 loose teeth and that smile will just never be the same…

All About the Boys

Soren and Bodie are so lucky to have so many cousins their own age. We get together and it is crazy chaos of kids everywhere. They love it!  But when they get together with the Petersons, it is a whole different type of fun—it is all about Soren and Bodie!  They are the only kids and they eat up the attention!  They are spoiled rotten and the center of it all—just how they like it!

 

Camp Out

The kids miss camp already (and we do too), so instead of camp, we did some camping in the bedroom.   And once we got over the initial excitement of the “tent”, the kids got down and dirty telling “camp fire” stories. Boodle adds his two cents but Soren…well, Soren will tell you a story that goes on for hours if you don’t stop him!       Great way to end the day.
