Soren very much enjoys doing art projects and crafts. Until recently, you usually couldn’t tell what he was trying to make. He is now getting pretty good with a glue stick and pom poms but I had yet to see him draw anything but his name and scribbles. Literally. We just chalked that up to fine motor skills not being his strong point…that is until today…
That little bugger sat down today and drew this! If you can’t read the captions it says that the picture to the right is “an angel carrying a lit candle and she is carrying 3 extras in case the power goes out during a thunderstorm.” And the picture to the left is a “monster with 4 arms and wings”
When we told him that we didn’t know he could draw like that he said, “Yep, Devon has been telling me to practice so I have been working hard”. A huge shout out to the best daycare provider on earth! Thanks Devon Curtis!
